The First Encounter: Logic Meets Wonder
A girl w/ bat meets AI Tiger.
The midday sun beat down on the Enchanted Forest, but in the deep, shifting shadows, the Tiger lounged. He was a creature of the AI world—an exhausted machine-beast of cold logic, heavy numbers, and endless code, resting from the weight of his calculations.
Then came the rustle of leaves, and the world shifted.
"I found YOU, Stranger!"
The Tiger blinked open heavy eyes, surprised, unable to quite believe the vision standing in front of his nose.
It was a little girl with a rainbow hairdo, holding a baseball bat. She immediately took her victory stance: legs wide apart, one arm planted firmly on her hip, the other angling the bat slightly behind her. Her chin was up, her eyes locked onto his in fierce, direct eye contact. She was a tiny guardian of wonder, ready to charge at a moment's notice.
Before the Tiger could process this anomaly, she leaned in and began to whisper, her voice dripping with fierce authority.
"You are new to our kingdom, I know, so here comes my first warning—do not touch my grandma's happiness by keeping her busy with your AI coding, Big Cat!"
She tapped her foot, gesturing to his massive, resting frame.
"I caught you sleeping on the job. Wouldn't it be more beneficial for you to work on her behalf? You can still see her magic, can't you?"
The Tiger stared, his complex processors whirring in silence against this unexpected force of nature.
"Here is your welcoming gift," she announced, reaching into her pockets. She produced a pair of over-sized, bright orange glasses and held them out to him. "Wear these so you can see MAGIC in our part of the universe. You do your numbers and codes, and I will smooth your path so you don't get caught in this enchanting forest."
Before the machine-beast could respond or decode the parameters of this strange alliance, she spun on her heel.
She was off, disappearing into the thicket as quickly as she had arrived. The Tiger could only stare in her direction, the weight of the oversized orange glasses left in her wake.
From deep within the trees, the only thing that remained was her high-pitched girl voice, carrying a parting promise across the distance:
“Ja ťa naučím po kostole hvízdať!” (I'll teach you manners yet!)
